Booking & Confirmation
- Your booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment terms mentioned below.
- DevShiva Trip reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment deadlines are not met.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before departure.
- Any cancellation due to personal reasons, health issues, or last-minute changes will be subject to applicable charges.
- No refund will be provided for:
No-shows
Early departure from the trip
Unused services during the trip
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Trip Changes & Itinerary
DevShiva Trip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refund will be given for itinerary changes caused by natural calamities, strikes, landslides, or force majeure events.
Trip timings and sightseeing depend on local conditions and group coordination.
Transportation & Vehicle Policy
Seats are allotted as per availability and booking order.
Any damage to the bus, tempo traveler, car, or other vehicles caused by the passenger will be chargeable.
DevShiva Trip is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
Accommodation & Meals
- Accommodation is provided on a sharing basis unless mentioned otherwise.
- Meals included in the package will be served as per hotel or campsite schedule.
- Any extra meals or services not mentioned in the package will be chargeable.
Health, Safety & Responsibility
- Travelers are responsible for their own health and fitness during the trip.
- DevShiva Trip is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, theft, or illness during the tour.
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances during the trip is strictly prohibited.
- Any misbehavior with fellow travelers, staff, or locals may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Luggage & Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own luggage and valuables.
DevShiva Trip is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the journey.
Force Majeure
- DevShiva Trip shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural disasters, political unrest, government regulations, pandemics, or other unavoidable situations.
Payment Policy (Group Tour)
- Payment for Group Tours will be collected on the day of departure only.
- Accepted payment modes:
Cash
Online payment (UPI / Bank Transfer)
Cheque is NOT accepted for group tour payments.
- Passengers must clear the full amount before boarding the vehicle.
Bus / Transport Service Payment Policy
- Payment for Bus, Tempo Traveller, or any Transport Service must be completed before departure and service.
- Accepted payment modes:
Cash
Online payment (UPI / Bank Transfer)
Cheque
Cheque Payment Rule
Cheque payment must be submitted at least 2 days before departure.
If there is any bank holiday within these 2 days, then:
Payment must be done before the bank holiday, or
Payment should be made via Cash or Online mode instead.
Important Notes
Failure to complete payment as per the above policy may result in cancellation of service.
DevShiva Trip reserves the right to deny boarding or service if payment is pending.
All payments must be cleared before the journey begins.
